In onze rubriek \u2018creator in the spotlight\u2019 zetten we creatievelingen en ondernemers in de spotlight om over hun passie te vertellen. Dit keer een gaan we in gesprek met Senna van duurzaam kledingmerk Sevaes <\/a>uit Rotterdam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Waar staat Sevaes voor?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sevaes is een afkorting van mijn naam, Senna van Esch, en staat voor veel meer dan alleen een duurzaam kledingmerk. Mijn missie is om mode te maken die lang meegaat. Ik geloof in kleding die je met plezier blijft dragen, niet in trends die snel weer verdwijnen. Daarom richt ik me op het upcyclen van bestaande kleding, maar ook op het vermaken, repareren en op maat maken van unieke stukken. Alles wat ik maak is persoonlijk en met aandacht gemaakt. Geen massaproductie, maar duurzame mode met een verhaal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wat doet Sevaes precies?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bij Sevaes maken we unieke items voor zowel mannen als vrouwen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan upcycled spijkerjasjes of broeken, maar ook aan accessoires zoals tassen en hoeden. We geven gebruikte materialen zoals oude kleding of deadstock-materialen een tweede leven in de vorm van nieuwe, unieke kledingstukken en accessoires. Daarnaast maak ik ook kledingstukken helemaal op maat. Of het nou gaat om een item dat perfect moet passen of een specifiek idee dat iemand wil laten uitwerken, ik zorg ervoor dat het kledingstuk echt persoonlijk wordt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoe bevallen de labels van nominette?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

De labels van Nominette <\/a>bevallen echt heel goed. Ik heb gekozen voor de premium logo labels <\/a>van 25 mm met een afwerking met eindvouw. Ze zien er super strak en professioneel uit, precies wat ik zocht voor Sevaes. Ook de verzending was echt snel geregeld, wat heel fijn is als je graag door wilt met je werk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wat kunnen we in de toekomst van Sevaes verwachten? <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

De komende tijd kun je van ons n\u00f3g meer duurzame collecties verwachten, met unieke ontwerpen en materialen met een verhaal. Daarnaast breiden we onze reparatieservice uit en starten we met workshops waarin je zelf leert hoe je kleding kunt repareren of upcyclen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
